Now we make it easy to "stay in touch with your your family and friends at no extra cost!! Every Other Week Housekeeping Service Included. Every Other Week Housekeeping is included in package price. If guest does not want every other week housekeeping service an apartment home quality assurance visit will be performed every other week, which includes, checking kitchen appliances, carpet, walls, water faucets, etc. This is to insure our guest that Executive Living apartment homes are at the highest quality. Housekeepers are Executive Living employees. All items listed above included in package. Additional Items Not Included. Any additional items requested will be added at an additional cost. At initial set-up of apartment home before guest moves in there will be no delivery charge for additional items. If additional items are requested after guest moves in there will be a delivery charge of $50.00. PetsMost apartment communities accept pets that are less than 20 lbs. Every apartment community requires a pet deposit with a portion of that being non-refundable. Executive Living request that the guest be responsible to go to the apartment community office and take care of the pet deposit. Executive Living will take care of the pet deposit and bill guest accordingly if the guest so chooses.

Small kitchen appliances, silverware, knives are returned to our warehouse where they are professionally sanitized; fresh sanitized items are delivered for your exclusive use.
