Who is Executive Living and what sets Executive Living apart from the other corporate housing companies? We are people serving people. Our goals are the comfort and convenience of our clients and guests. We take care of our guest's housing and special needs in a timely, professional manner. Our guest receive top quality service, second to none. Our team is responsible for where you lay your head every night. It is imperative that you rest well for the next day's work. Rested and settled creates more productivity. We love what we do because we do good by people. We make our living by corporate housing and settling-in services, but knowing that you have done something good for someone and for a company makes it all worthwhile! What size of apartments do you have? Executive Living offers a wide selection of One Bedroom One Bath, Two Bedroom Two Bath and Three Bedroom Two Bath apartment homes complete with full kitchen, living area and bedrooms. The floor plans will vary depending on apartment community selected. In some certain locations studio apartments are available. Average floor plans are as follows: Studio 450 - 500 sq. feet, One Bedroom 700 - 1100 sq. feet Two Bedroom 900 - 1300 Sq. feet Three bedroom 1200 - 1500 sq. feet What amenities are offered at your apartments? Executive Living offers apartment communities that provide state-of-the-art exercise facilities, resort style swimming pools, business centers, meeting rooms, children's play areas, tennis courts. Can I bring my pet? Executive Living works with "pet-friendly" communities. Executive Living works with a wide variety of communities that allow different size pets. A pet deposit is required by the apartment community with all or a portion of it refundable. In some cases, apartment communities charge an additional pet rent monthly. Where can I find an Executive Living apartment home? Executive Living not only offers corporate apartment homes throughout the greater Houston area but teams with partners to provide corporate housing nationwide. What are your rates? Executive Living has incredible competitive rates that are all inclusive rates. Please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with rates once we understand your specific needs. What is included in the cost? Executive Living's rent includes the complete cost of the apartment, furniture, all house wares, electronics including 25" television, 19" television, DVD or VCR player, radio/alarm clocks, linens, silk plants, art work, electric service, local telephone service, television cable service and every-other-week house keeping. Additional services may include High Speed Internet or specialty items such as baby furniture. Please see Furniture Packages to see specifics included in package. How do I pay? Executive Living provides a complete customized invoice. You will be billed every month and be able to pay by personal check, money order or with a credit card. We can bill individuals or we can invoice a company direct. Is there a minimum length of stay? Executive Living has a 30-day minimum stay. We can provide shorter stays at different locations. Please contact us to discuss rates and locations. How does Executive Living handle any after-hour emergencies? An Executive Living guest would call our main number 281-494-4945. The message would prompt the caller to press "1," at that point the call would be directed to our "on call" Executive Living employee where your emergency would be handled.
